Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.
Taught by one of our Certified Professionals, the Cardio Tennis program includes a short dynamic warm-up, a cardio workout, and a cool down phase. The majority of the Cardio Tennis program is the "workout" phase, which should last 30-50 minutes. Pros will find ways to keep players moving and challenged, all while having fun!
In the cardio "workout" phase of the program, players will drill for about 10 minutes and then play fast paced games with the low compression balls for 20-30 minutes to keep players moving and having a good time.
Men’s and Women's Adult Clinics
If you are just learning the game or have not picked up a racket in years, this clinic is for you. We will go over the
technique of the swing and the basic strokes in a fun filled environment. You will learn score-keeping and the rules of
the sport so you can go out and enjoy the game on your own.
This clinic is a little more strategy based than the beginner clinic. In this setting, players will learn to maintain consistency through
all the strokes of the game, and use that consistency to win a point.
Players will focus on where they should be standing during a point and how to put the ball away.
This clinic is more intensive session working on strategy and how to construct a point. Players will hit a lot of balls as they work on
varying doubles situations that can be seen in any tennis match.
This clinic is for match experienced players who want to further expand on their game.
Intermediate/Advanced Ladies Intermediate/Advanced Men
